Careful Preparation for Older Villa Paintwork
Villas, bungalows and weatherboard homes built in the 1980s or earlier can have older lead-based coatings beneath newer paint layers. Not every older coating contains lead, so the age, condition and location of the paintwork need to be considered before preparation begins.
